The hotel is fabulous and nestled in a nice building. They offer absolutely gorgeous, big size rooms with nice size balcony and a pull out bed, for instance. The location of the property in Franklin is perfect and fantastic, close to the town square, town shops and restaurants and downtown. Also, it's just stone’s throw from Confederate Monument and other tourist destinations.

It was a fabulous hotel with reasonably spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent and the services were great. The restaurant was great and the food was delicious. Actually everything was lovely, my next choice again in Franklin.

We were in a queen room with a safe, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and TV.

Beautiful place to stay, brand-new rooms, very knowledgeable staff. The location absolutely perfect and amazing close to everything downtown. Central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Great customer care, parking on site. Everything lovely.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, making it very convenient for us to explore the city. The staff was exceptional, always helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were also great, especially the beautiful balcony room we had. It was immaculate and very comfortable, with a large bath and shower. We loved the southern vibe and décor of the hotel. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel and its restaurant, which had delicious food and great service.

My recent stay at The Harpeth Downtown was absolutely delightful. The location in Franklin is perfect, allowing me to easily explore the charming downtown area. The lobby is beautifully designed, with inviting spaces to relax and enjoy a cocktail and light bites with friends. Additionally, my room on the 4th floor exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, with a comfortable king bed and a lovely bathroom, complete with a nice-size balcony. The hotel staff, including the front desk and restaurant staff, were friendly and provided excellent service. The food at the hotel restaurant was spectacular, and the bar drinks were top-notch. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

Drawbacks: However, the lack of amenities for the price was a bit disappointing. I would have expected at least a complimentary breakfast for $400 a night.
